Responsibilities
負責前置倉廣州區域門店拓展工作，執行門店拓展計畫，完成新門店選址、洽談及落地，確保業務按計劃推進；負責市場調研與競品分析，評估區域市場潛力，建立門店選址模型，為業務決策提供數據支持；負責與物業、政府及相關合作方溝通協調，處理門店籌建過程中的各類手續與談判，保障項目合規高效推進。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Young people with educational attainments at sub-degree level or above are welcome to apply
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 15 days, Medical Insurance and 目標年終獎為1個月月薪, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 業務忙碌時有加班
