Answer phone inquiries from guests; Provide wake-up call services; Handle complaints; Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$21,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 7:00AM-5:00PM, 10:00AM-8:00PM, 1:00PM-11:00PM or 11:30PM-9:30AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
