Responsibilities
Responsible for the venue's electricity or central air-conditioning system's daily maintenance, regular inspection and repair work; Assist in following up and completing project works; Handle emergency repair services (有僱主額外6%強積金供款及人壽保險)
Requirements
Primary 6; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave 1 day, Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance , 9:00AM-6:00PM/2:30PM-11:30PM/11:00PM-8:00AM, 5.5 working days per week, shift holiday, 每天工作9小時(包括1小時用膳時間),半天工作4小時
