Responsibilities
General administrative duties in Ward;保持護理站的整潔衞生;辦理病人入院手續; 接待內部及外部顧客,以維持良好的病人服務;提供行政及文書支援,例如打字、影印和傳真;負責管理及監控病房庫存及訂購,以確保病房運作順暢;接聽病房電話,並向護士匯報異常情況或查詢;處理並跟進維修事項
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS Excel; Eng/Chi PC operation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具1年或以上文書或接待工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $22,500 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Medical Benefits and Bank Holiday, 7:00AM-3:18PM/2:30PM-10:48PM/10:10PM-6:30AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 39 working hours per week (excluding meal breaks)
