處理維修隊伍人手及工作安排; 監督及統籌承辦商維修保養及外判工程進度; 填寫定期設備監察報告；草擬工程報價/標書及物料採購; 執行部門主管指派的工作 (持註冊電業工程人員牌照(A牌)優先)

Requirements

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 持屋宇裝備、機電、建築或相關證書/文憑或同等學歷; 1年或以上物業管理工作經驗

Employment Terms

$26,000 - $34,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Annual Leave 14 days, Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity and Birthday Leave, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
