Responsibilities

負責貨倉大樓水電設施的維修保養及其他工作；協助確保貨倉和設施運行狀況良好，且符合政府法例和條例；協調外判工程人員的工程進度，監督修理質量並進行工程驗收；完成並協助維修部負責人完成指派的相關工作；需定期進行油漆工作

Requirements

Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Electricity Licence A; 懂風火水電優先

Employment Terms

$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Medical Insurance and Meal Allowance, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-5:00PM/8:30AM-5:30PM/9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
